Annette's B&B is located in a quiet area just next to the City Centre, the Vondelpark, Leidseplein and Museumplein. From the Central Station it takes 20 minutes and from Schiphol Airport it takes 45 minutes to reach this "home" in Amsterdam.

The sizes of the rooms, especially the rooms "Annette" and "Laurean", are really very small and Annette tries to compensate that in the price and the big breakfast. That is why the rates, comparing with B&B's on similar locations, are this low.

The clean made up double beds in the rooms are comfortable and provided with two pillows and two clean towels for each person. All three rooms are equipped with a fitted washstand, TV and access to the internet.

Per night, including the breakfast (double occupancy), the rates are:         room Nyaki 70 euro       room Annette 59 euro    room Laurean 56 euro.

Annette will try to answer all your questions about  the City of Amsterdam, from the nicest way to reach the van Goghmuseum to where you can find the best and cheapest neighbourhood restaurants and coffeeshops.
