Room Nyaki You will find room Nyaki privately situated in the back of the house by passing the living room and the hallway corridor. In the room you will find a private toilet and shower and a small kitchentte. The doors can be opened to the patio (small garden) Especially when the weather is beautiful is this an unexpected extra facility. Like room Laurean, also room Nyaki looks like a tiny "trailer" in the environment of the house.

Room Annette The small room Annette is meant as a sleeping room for people, who like to explore the City during the daytime. Only the cupboards have a rather big size and for the rest the room is compactly built, using nearly every square inch. However, on the other hand, the comfortable double bed is made up with clean sheets and two pillows each. From the bed you can watch TV, enjoy the skylight and jump into the mini-mini shower/toilet, which is built ensuite.

Room Ami The daughter of Annette  (Nyaki – like the name of the room in annettes house) also rents out a big B&B-room, named “Ami” in her own apartment on the ground floor, preferable to young couples or girls/women, for 75 euro per night, but….. without the breakfast.

Appartment Caspar The appartment is situated in the building of Annettes daugther Nyaki. Appartment Caspar has a private entrance and comprises a large living room, divided into two separate parts. Than there is a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a separate shower and separate toilet. One other bedroom is locked for storing Caspar’s own belongings.

Welcome at Annettes Bed & Breakfast.

0. front of the house mediumAnnette's B&B is on the ground floor and located in a quiet area just next to the City Centre, the Vondelpark, Leidseplein and Museumplein. By Public Transport you can reach Annette's B&B in 20 minutes from the Central Station and from Schiphol Airport it is possible to reach this "Home in Amsterdam" within 35 minutes.

Because the rooms are small and only to be reached by passing Annette’s living room, Annette’s rates are low compared to other accommodations on similar locations. Annette developed a preference for young people, students and/or low budget guests. Annette likes to be able to feel free in her own way of living and she likes the guests to feel in the same way.
Annette will try to do as much as she can to be at your service.

About the rooms In your room you will find all the equipment to feel yourself comfortable and free. You could say that because of the equipment in the rooms they look like “little trailers (caravans) without wheels" in the nice and warm environment of Annette’s home. Each room has it's own private shower and toilet ensuite and a small kitchenette for making your stay even less expensive.

The comfortable clean made up double beds are provided with two pillows and two clean towels for each person. All three rooms are equipped with a TV and free access to the internet. (wired and wireless.) Per night, including a small breakfast (double occupancy),
