Annette’s B&B is situated on the ground floor in “Oud-West”, which means you don’t have to lift up your luggage and climb several stairs.

This nice and quiet part of Amsterdam is located just next to the City Centre and the Vondelpark. In 20 minutes time you can walk from the Leidseplein, the “start of the Centre” threw the Vondelpark or along the Overtoom to Annette’s B&B. Even during the night it is possible to go by foot threw this clean and safe neighbourhood. And by tram, which runs from 6.00 o ‘clock in the morning till midnight (0.15 o ‘clock) it is possible to be in the centre within 10 minutes.

in all the three guestrooms you can find:

- a fitted washstand (hot and cold water)
- a coffeemachine
- a microwave
- a fridge
- access to internet (ethernetcable)

- clean made up beds with soft cotton sheets
- two pillows each
- two clean towels each
- a hairdryer  (except for room Laurean)

 The room rates (including the breakfast) are:

- Double occupancy rate is between 65 euro and 75 euro per night
- Single occupancy rate is between 35 euro and 55 per night
- The rate for an additional person in room Laurean is 30 euro per night
