Annette will answer your request as soon as possible and give you the detailed informations about the booking procedure. Because she also likes you to reconfirm your booking a few days before arrival the total correspondence between her and you will exist about a small number of contacts by mail. 

Annette likes you to know exactly  what you can expect and she tries to avoid any  disppointments. After all, mostly it is about your holidays and those days are supposed to be the more nice days in your life.

That is why Annette doesn't like to confirm a booking only by a single telephone contact and she will always ask you to send an e-mail.
